Please watch this short video if your Normandy Knife blade will not extend or retract.  99% of the time the knife is not broken, the safety mechanism has been tripped and needs to be reset by pulling on the blade till it is fully extended, then one quick tug to fully reset the blade.

 

Our return policy is simple.

If you purchased our knife from a distributor, please contact them first.

If you purchased from us direct, are not fully satisfies with your knife; we offer a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. 

Returned items in new or unused condition, will receive a full refund.  Returned items with signs of use or misuse, per our warranty guidelines; will incur a 20% restocking fee.

If you paid shipping with the order, you get it back.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was registered within our warranty guidelines.
