If you purchased from us direct, are not fully satisfies with your knife; we offer a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee.

Returned items in new or unused condition, will receive a full refund. Returned items with signs of use or misuse, per our warranty guidelines; will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Fees paid for shipping are not returned as they go directly to the shipping company, Normandy Knives will pay for your return shipping on a returned order via USPS.

Refunds are issued after we have received the product back.
