Lifetime Warranty
Your Normandy knife is warranted for life under the following guidelines.
Treat the knife as a knife. Use of your knife for any purpose other than cutting is considered abuse and will void the warranty. It's not a screwdriver, chisel, pry bar, punch, fork, or any other tool. These are not designed for throwing.
Operate the knife as designed. Damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, improper blade sharpening, introduction of foreign substances. Normal wear and tear including paint loss, fading, discoloration, or chips are serviceable but not covered under warranty.
Shipping and Returns
Each Knife is hand built by our family. We strive to ship as soon as possible but it can take 1 - 3 days to ship a knife out that is in stock.

Expedited Shipping: Knives ship FedEx 2 Day Express shipping

Really love this knife. The D2 steel has a awesome factory edge and really blemish free. The mechanism and body is very solid and has that nice push in and out that you look for. I own many very expensive knives and I would put this knife...
After finding out, this guy had Chinese parts, And his masking everything like an American company, He blocked my chat so I can have no communication, Also, he’s letting the charge penned still six days later, Keep it up and you’ll have a lawsuit

I ordered a knife for myself and another to gift my dad. After a while without receiving them I message Normandy Knives Facebook page.
