Dealer Priority Shipping

Dealer orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 48 hours, to ensure you are always in stock. If a larger order is being placed, some additional time may be needed for assembly. We know that having the inventory you need means there is no lost revenue so getting these delivered quickly is very important to us!

There is no MOQ!  Any
orders over $500 will qualify for free shipping!

Normandy Knives Warranty

We love our lifetime warranty!  If the customer owns the knife and there is an NK logo on it… we will take care of all their needs!  Simply refer them to our website or have them send us an email at customersupport@normandyknives.com, and let us take it from there.

One-Time Loss Replacement Benefit – part of our lifetime warranty includes a one-time loss replacement benefit.  In order to prove that your customer’s purchased a Normandy knife, we ask that they register their knife on our website.  If they forget to do this and lose their knife, a receipt from you will suffice and we will help them out!  It is a $40 deductible with a $9.95 shipping fee for them to get their replacement.

If you would like to take care of your customers directly, no problem!  You can send us knives that need repair or replacing via our UPS account F12579.

If the knife shows wear and tear, we will repair the same knife and return it back to you.

If it is a new knife that needs to be replaced, we will issue you a credit for the total value of the knife.  You can then use this credit to purchase a new knife of the same kind, or use it towards a different knife.  Up to you! You will receive this credit in the form of a gift card that you can then use in your shopping cart upon checkout.
